Your therapy call becomes Claude's memory of you. Install the two plugins. Set up weekly tasks that propose upgrades to memory and skills, so Claude improves itself in a loop.
Hour 4
Your first workflow
The one task you never want to do again. Run it on your real data, correct it, and save it as a skill.
Hour 5
Your second workflow
The meaty one. Whiteboarded, built and running in the cloud. Check on it from your phone over coffee.
Hour 6
Your whole business

Group sharing
The plan goes to Claude. Most of the hour is group discussion, until the scope is agreed on the whiteboard.
